Staircase consultation & site visits
It is important to understand our individual clients needs and their requirements throughout the project, never more so than at the beginning. We will provide you with the information and advice that you require, initially our staircase consultation and site visit will enable us to understand your requirements and for us to assess what staircases will match those requirements whilst making sure that your choices will physically fit into your home or project.
Staircase design can often be very complicated, for that reason all our members of staff at Stair Projects have extensive experience in the field and are well equipped with their expert knowledge and skills to provide you with the staircase design that meets your needs. After the initial staircase consultation you will receive a detailed quote explaining the costs and options available, without any obligation.
Surveying, planning & design service
When you are ready, a member of the Stair Projects team will visit your home or project to take detailed measurements prior to the manufacturing of your staircase. This survey will be carried out by a qualified staircase surveyor/ consultant. The detailed survey we undertake will enable us to identify any areas or issues that might be a cause for concern at the time of installation.
Stair Projects will carefully plan the whole process of delivering your staircase and liaising with other trades or project mangers that might be involved. It is important you understand and visualise the staircase you have selected for this reason we provide a full drawing and details drawing service that provides you with illustrations and CAD drawings.
Installation service
One of the keys to our success has been the development of our staircase installation service. This has enabled us to offer our clients a turnkey solution for the supplying and installation of our staircases. All installations are carried out by fully trained and qualified staircase installers.
The products we provide are pre finished after the manufacturing process it is therefore critical that the installation is carried out with the utmost care, attention to details and by a professional qualified carpenter. By using our installation service you are further guaranteeing the quality, craftsmanship and the safe installation of the staircase.
