2. Estimate

Once we have established your requirements we will be able to give you a clear indication on the price range for your staircase.

3. Consultation

When ready we will visit your home or site location to discuss your requirements and present the options that are available to you.

4. Fixed Quotation

You will receive a detailed quote itemising the products relating to the staircase(s) that you have selected, this is without any obligation.

5. Site Survey

Once you have chosen to proceed with your order, we will visit site again if required to take a full measured survey.

6. Order Confirmation

The price will be confirmed and or amended if any changes have been requested by you and the order will be confirmed.

7. Payment

A 50% deposit is paid and the delivery time is scheduled. The staircase then goes into manufacture.

8. Delivery

Prior to delivery the outstanding balance of the goods of will need to be paid before they are delivered to your address.

9. Installation

As part of the service provide by Stair Projects you can relax in the knowledge that it will be expertly installed into your home or project by a qualified craftsman. You will only pay the installation charge once the stairs have been installed.
